Fattoria San Lorenzo, Le Oche 2021

Into its third generation of family winemakers, Fattoria San Lorenzo is a fully organic and biodynamic winery; meaning they champion low intervention from planting to pressing and believe in letting the grapes speak for themselves. Le Oche 2021 is a superb example of Verdicchio. Almost golden in colour, it has a complex nose of ripe pear & apricot amongst a background of lemon, acacia and chamomile. The palate is medium-full bodied with a well-balanced acidity and a real flavour of peach & almond tart with a hint of saffron. A very elegant and intricate Italian white.
